  How To Order Step 1: Please read our photo guide. Step 2: Upload your pet photo below and complete checkout. Step 3: Your Pet Pawtrait artwork is then created by our Team with your chosen theme costume,  ready for your approval. This usually takes about 3 – 5 business days. But can be sooner. Step 4: Once we have your approval your Pet Pawtrait is then printed and shipped to you. It will arrive at your door in 5 – 12 business days after you approve it.

  Canvas Refund & Returns Policy

  You are entitled to a refund up until the point where you approve the Artwork/ design. After this you can no longer get a refund as the portrait / art works goes to print and this is a fully customised item designed just for you to your spec. You will get the opportunity to view the artwork and advise if you’re happy or want a change made. We do want you to be happy, so we will work with you for a happy outcome. If your package has been damaged or lost in the post, please do get in touch and we will immediately look into this for a resolution.

    We do offer 30 days return/exchange. Please contact us within 14 days ([email protected]) if you have any issue with your order.
    PLEASE NOTE: Because all our items are made to order, we cannot offer a full refund unless the item is faulty/damaged. If the size/fit is not right, we are happy to exchange it to a different size/product. If the item arrived faulty please contact us immediately for a replacement or a full refund. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same unworn condition it arrived. We will send you a replacement OR issue a refund worth the amount you paid, whichever you prefer. Please do not forget to include your order number or your name in the package, so we can track your order easily. If you don't do that your replacement, or refund could be delayed.
