How To Order

Step 1: Please read our photo guide.

Step 2: Upload your Pet photo and choose background colour below, Enter Pet Name in ‘ORDER NOTES Box at checkout’ and complete Order.

Step 3: Your Pet Pawtrait artwork is then created by our Team ,  ready for your approval. This usually takes about 3 – 5 business days. But can be sooner.

Step 4: Once we have your approval your Pet Pawtrait is then Finalised and Sent to you. It will arrive at your door in 2 – 4 business days after you approve it.

Please Note: After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation. If you cannot find it in your ‘main’ inbox. Please check your ‘Junk mail’.
