You are entitled to a refund up until the point where you approve the Artwork/ design. After this you can no longer get a refund as the portrait / art works goes to print and this is a fully customised item designed just for you to your spec. You will get the opportunity to view the artwork and advise if you’re happy or want a change made.
We do want you to be happy, so we will work with you for a happy outcome. If your package has been damaged or lost in the post, please do get in touch and we will immediately look into this for a resolution.
