Photo Guide

For best results and quicker orders Please Follow the advice below ‘to your best ability’ when taking your pet’s picture !

If your photo doesn’t meet the needed criteria, we will let you know within 2 hours of receiving your order, and will help you to choose a more suitable one!

  • Close up photos work best! So we can examine your pets markings and details
  • Take your photo at eye level with your pet, and slightly looking to left or right (imagine your pet looking at your shoulder)
  • Take your photo in natural daylight and don’t use flash, we need to see a clear image with no shadows.
  • Try to get your pet to sit or stay still – make sure there’s no blur. If your pet is obedient, a little bit of ham or chicken on the shoulder does the trick.
  • Make sure long floppy ears or long hair details are in the photo and are not out of frame.
